Note these rates would include preparation as well as
intellectual property shared –
no extra charge.
Any other travel at
R2.5/km (0.34 US$/km) or actual
flight/VISA/transfers charges. Accommodation as
arranged on farm (free) or actual costs in hotel/B&B.
No additional charges for meals, except if traveling outside
of South Africa.
